3.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on fb002. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. fb002 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep account information current and accurate.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your fb002 account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fb002 immediately.
3.4 fb002 reserves the right to refuse registration of, or to close, any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
4.1 fb002 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal requests are processed by fb002 within 1–2 business hours for GCash under normal operating conditions. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. fb002 makes no absolute guarantee of withdrawal timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or required verification procedures.
4.3 fb002 reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts exceeding internal threshold limits. 4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your fb002 account, where technically feasible. fb002 may require additional verification for withdrawals to new or unrecognised payment methods.
5.1 fb002 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which shall form part of these Terms.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
5.3 fb002 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
5.4 fb002 reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonuses have been abused, claimed in bad faith, or exploited through systematic play patterns designed to guarantee profit at minimal risk ("bonus abuse").
6.1 All games offered on fb002 are operated by certified third-party game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. fb002 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during gameplay, fb002 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the last valid game state where possible. If a fair resolution cannot be determined, all wagers placed during the affected session may be voided and refunded.
6.3 Game results displayed on fb002 are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted in writing to fb002 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. fb002's decision, following review of server-side logs, shall be final and binding.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb002 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.
9.2 fb002's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your fb002 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 fb002 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10.1 fb002 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.3 You may close your fb002 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure does not relieve you of obligations arising prior to the closure date.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
